When In Doubt: Ask

Insight for the plight of doubt.

As a psychiatrist, I find myself repeating pearls to my patients over and over again. Similar presentations of the same topic with molded to suit the person in front of me. You know, the ones I'm hoping to better their lives with via pearls .
Here is where I will hang those thoughts for reference, refinement, but to also keep a slice of myself alive in the sea of information that is the internet. The point here is not content, but rather poignant reflection for the benefit of the world. These are not articles perfectly generated from AI but rather imperfectly from my very human mind. This humbling endeavor is to reflect on my own practices, connect with you, and keep my mind grounded while the rest of the world seems to soar ahead with whatever it is that is important to the world.
If you're here cause I asked you to be here, thank you for your support. If you're here cause there's a post I think may help you, I really hope it does. If you're here to ask a question, then ask. If you don't know why you're here, then you're probably not alone.
The strongest convictions are tempered by doubt.
