Cancellation Policy

However, in respect of the time set aside for your consultation and to maintain a high level of service to all clients, we've implemented the following cancellation policy: 48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. This allows us time to reallocate your slot to another client. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will be considered late cancellations. For late cancellations, a refund of 50% of the consultation fee will be issued as per our refund policy. Short Notice Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full consultation fee will apply as per our refund policy. This is because it is unlikely we'll be able to allocate your slot to another client at such short notice. No Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be treated as a No Show and will be charged the full consultation fee, with no refund available. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you may do so without any penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled consultation.
